Founding to Business Launch

TradeSafe Inc., the predecessor of Commerce One Holdings, was established in 2006 with the aim of creating an e-commerce market in which everyone can participate without worry. We want to contribute to the development of a prosperous and sustainable e-commerce market in which both consumers and businesses can interact with peace of mind. Our desire is to move towards a safer, more trustworthy, and worry-free e-commerce society. This was the starting point for Commerce One Holdings Inc. Ltd.

August 1, 2006	Established TradeSafe Inc. and launched TrustMark third-party e-commerce site verification business.
March 19, 2010	Jointly established Future Shop Co., Ltd. Began e-commerce support service.
September 2011	Acquired Softel Inc. stock and made it a subsidiary.
February 27, 2012	Moved our headquarters to Yonbancho in Chiyoda City in order to expand our business.
December 2012	Made Future Shop Co., Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary.
July 2014	Made Softel Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary.

2017 to 2020
Business Expansion and Becoming a Holding Company

In September 2018, Future Shop Co., Ltd. released "commerce creator". Its high degree of design customization enabled customers to build highly original e-commerce sites.
Due to changes in the e-commerce environment, we have completely rebuilt the front end of "futureshop" to meet as many of our various customer requests as possible.

September 1, 2017	Divided the business of TradeSafe Inc., converting it into a subsidiary and changing its name to TS Holdings Inc.
September 3, 2018	Future Shop Co., Ltd. released a new CMS function called "commerce creator".
December 17, 2019	Changed company name to Commerce One Holdings Inc. Ltd.
June 26, 2020	Listed in the Mothers market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Code number: 4496).

2022 onward
Towards Further Growth

Drawing on the achievements and trust we have built up this far, we plan to steadily grow our core business, while pursuing further breakthroughs, and actively expanding through new businesses and M&A. We want to provide an incubation platform that people who offer a variety of edgy new services can utilize to grow together with us.

April 4, 2022	Changed to the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
August 29, 2022	Expanded Tokyo offices.
November 30, 2022	Made SAMURAI TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary.
March 3, 2023	Made SOLAIRO, INC. a subsidiary.
March 22, 2024	Acquired shares of Enecycle Inc., and made it an equity method associate of the company.
November 14, 2024	Acquired KIDOKU inc. stock and made it a part of our Group.
January 01, 2025	Softel Inc. merges with Samurai Technology Co., Ltd.
April 01, 2025	Established Commerce Connect Co., Ltd. as a full member of our Group.
