Good morning or Good afternoon, da jia Hao, my friends attending in Consumer Protection days,,
This is EIichiro Mandai speaking from TradeSafe japan and ODR Room Network, I am honored to be a vice chair of WTA for 2020 and 2021. TradeSafe is a private trustmark provider in Japan since 2006 and joined WTA in 2007. e-comerce is expanding all over the world and improve convenience for consumers while still some conflicts discourage online trade, Trustmark will support building trustworthy e-commerce environment.
Situation of COVID-19’s impact
This is a critical moment while coronavirus disease outbreak and trading conflicts encountering all over the world. As same as in China, we , in Japan, also are encountering and suffering from spreading COVID-19 and struggling to contain infectious disease all over the country. As you may knew even TDR USJ park and public school are close for 2 weeks.
However it is good opportunity to progress and encourage people can trade, learn and communicate on online society. In fact, we could communicate on video conference without suffering from daily commuter train, purchase and order things by clicking on web shop, and children can ask teachers via online schooling system than ever.
It can be a good chance to change our behavior in daily life level.
Reasons to Support on WTA to against COVID outbreak
Trust, Fair and Connect are core values of WTA, World Trustmark and Trade Alliance. We would like to address again the importance of online trust to strengthen the fragile economy, fair trade against improper discrimination, and proportional connection against unreasonable isolations.
it is a time to get togather to fight against and pray for better future.

消費者保護の日に出席している親愛なる友人へ
TradeSafeとODRRoom Networkを代表しお話させていただきます、万代栄一郎です。2020年と2021年にWTAの副議長を務めることができ、光栄です。TradeSafeは2006年から日本の民間トラストマークを提供している企業であり、2007年にWTAに参加しました。Eコマースは、未だオンライン取引上でのトラブルを抱える一方、世界中で拡大し続け、消費者の利便性を向上させています。そのような中、トラストマークは信頼して利用できるEコマースの市場環境の構築を支援しております。
COVID-19の影響の状況
現在、世界中が新型コロナウイルスの発生と、取引のトラブルに直面しています。
中国と同じように、私たち日本でも、COVID-19の蔓延に直面し、苦しみ、全国で感染症を封じ込めようと奮闘しています。ご存知かもしれませんが、東京ディズニーランドやユニバーサルスタジオジャパンといったテーマパークや公立学校でさえ、過去2週間、閉鎖されました。
しかし、人々がオンラインで買い物し、学び、コミュニケーションすることが促進され、また、そういった環境が推奨される良い機会であるともいえます。
実際、毎日の通勤電車に悩まされることなくビデオ会議でコミュニケーションを取り、オンラインショップを利用してクリックひとつでほしいものが手に入り、そして、子供たちはこれまで以上にオンライン教育システムを介して教師に質問し、学ぶことができるようになりました。
日常生活の中で私たちの行動を変える良いチャンスです。
COVIDの発生に対抗するためにWTAをサポートする理由
信頼、公正、繋がりは、WTA（World Trustmark and Trade Alliance）のコア・バリューです。不安定な経済を強化するためのオンライン取引での信用性、不適切な処置を防ぐための公正性、および、不当な孤立に対する均衡な繋がり、これら重要事項とし、改めて取り組んでいきたいと考えています。
